RCH Jones is working with Kenneth Walker & Associates providing financial underwriting, application support, and closing due diligence management for a 60-unit new construction senior LIHTC deal in Denver, CO called Sable Ridge Apartments.  Sable Ridge Apartments will be financed with 4% tax credit equity, private activity bonds, and City of Denver funds.
